New architecture cannot be born from an old system of building houses, so to solve this construction problem, we needed to move to the specific and efficient field of manufacturing. MSA is the brainchild of Karl and Joanna Rusher. Karl is an engineer and innovator and is entirely responsible for the engineering and design of MSA architecture. Karl also holds an MBA and directs/ develops the MSA business. Joanna studied art history, business and public health. She converges her expertise in these fields to support the engineering and philosophy of MSA.
